I had a reservation and all my appropriate confirmation paper work with me. They indicated that their computer was reflecting no reservation for me. That said, they still made good on the reservation and had to do a lot of jockeying to do so.

Free breakfast was very good

The fitness room was inadequate

Strongly recommend for an overnight stopping

Comfortable room, good shower, the bathroom had a strong flow of water and well kept and well-maintained, with free parking available for easy access off the nearby highway.

Arrived at midnight after 8h travels. Booked in smoking room unbeknownst to me. A mother with 2 small children. One with asthma. Could NOT tolerate the smoke stench in room. No other room options. Checked out immediately and had to seek out tolerable accommodations.

Poor experience. Disappointed & tired kids. The front office manager was very understanding & empathetic

The location was easy for a road stop. The bed was comfortable and the Wifi worked good.

The layout of the hotel make all the rooms far for the front desk. The air conditioning was too low, it was freezing. The cleanness of the bathroom was poor. We could not open the window and the room didn't smell good.

Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Room felt very humid even with air conditioner running. Bathroom wasn't as clean as expected - mirror was streaked and hair strands in bathtub.

Perfectly clean hotel in a nice building not far from a restaurant across the parking lot called Bravo, the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, and the PA turnpike. Beautifully maintained and nicely furnished rooms with couch. Good food choices for breakfast. Excellent service throughout stay. Everything amazing. The most important - comfortable location very close to everything in town.

The king room was spacious and comfy. It had awesome amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The fitness center was a nice touch. The staff was helpful. Enjoyed the fresh breakfast options in a nice seating area.

The place was fairly clean and little, had terrific and sweet staff on reservation.

The room was impeccably clean, with a good fragrance, and the bed offered the perfect firmness for a good night's sleep. The complimentary full breakfast featured a variety of options, including freshly baked pastries, made my mornings enjoyable.

The room was very clean, and breakfast was great during our two-week business trip. Check out nearby stores for convenient shopping.

The breakfast spread was perfect for our big family-plenty of options that kept everyone happy. We also took a trip to the nearby Grove City Premium Outlets, a fantastic shopping experience. Joann at the front desk was super friendly.

My kids wished there were more soundproof rooms to keep noise levels down at night. One family nearby was quite loud.

The staff here made the experience worthwhile, always friendly and accommodating. Although the breakfast was solid, the bathroom's peeling ceiling was a disappointment and the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.
